Our hero takes the boat from Brusino and arrives in Morcote where he takes the small streets up to the Church, overlooking the lake.

Inside the church there are beautiful paintings, some showing perfect geometric perspective. Our hero, to his surprise, also finds a bible with an image of the Brusino Monster....

Before being able to have a good look at the bible a monk snaps it away and disappears.

 

 

 

Ascending the stairs our hero hears a sound and hooks up again with the monk. He is just in time to see the monk throwing a box in the water, no doubt containing the bible

As they both contemplate their actions the Brusino Monster turns up, friendly and helpful as ever, helps to surface the bible.

 

There is some explainiation as to why the monk threw the bible in the water and how this can be resolved but for that you have to read the complete story. It is enough that all ends well and our hero takes the boat to the next city where he will strumble over more traces of the Brusino Monster. These will be described in episode 3:'Porto Ceresio's Pizza'
